This page explains local browser features, project enquiries and the Studio Assistant. Public website information is separate from protected administrator records.

Local interactions

Journal likes and unfinished enquiry text use this browser’s local storage when permitted. They are not shared across devices or visitors. File-based storage behaviour varies between browsers, and clearing browser data can remove it.

Enquiries

When you select Send enquiry, your name, email address, selected service, preferred timing and project message are sent to Netlify Forms. Netlify stores submissions for the studio to review and processes email notifications to archixyzstudio@gmail.com. The studio uses these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you request.

Before submission, unfinished enquiry text is saved only in this browser when local storage is available. After the website confirms successful submission, it clears that local draft where permitted. Download brief creates a local text copy and does not submit an enquiry. Please avoid sending confidential documents or unnecessary personal information through this initial enquiry form. Contact the studio at archixyzstudio@gmail.com about the information you have submitted.

Images and credits

Architectural visualisations illustrate rendering services. Interior concepts and drawing excerpts retain their stated credits.

Studio Assistant

The assistant answers from the studio’s published public service and pricing information. Its conversation is kept in page memory and can be cleared with Clear chat; it is not saved to browser storage or linked to an account.

Questions are sent to the studio assistant service. When AI assistance is enabled, a question may be processed by OpenAI. This assistant has no access to private chats, employment documents, private media or administrator permissions. Please do not send confidential project or personal information.

Replies provide general service guidance. They are not a personalised quotation, technical sign-off, booking or consent decision. Contact the studio to confirm your project requirements.
