Minimum order: five images (NZ$1,000 + GST). Share the required views and available design information.

Building consent — starting fee

From NZ$3,500

+ GST

• Consent drawings
• Consent documentation
• Responses to Requests for Further Information (RFIs) through to issue of building consent

The final fee depends on project complexity and agreed scope. Consent decisions are made by the consenting authority.

Minor variations and amendments — hourly

NZ$180 / hour

+ GST

For minor variations or amendments required after building consent has been issued.
